Overview

Explore the vibrant world of movement with unique Yoga classes in the picturesque surroundings of Waikiki. Perfectly tailored, these sessions blend Hatha Yoga, sports stretching, and energizing dance conditioning. Engage in themed classes like 'Laying Down Yoga' for gentle twists and 'Social Distance Partner Yoga' that encourages collaboration even from afar. Choose between invigorating or soothing sessions on the beach or indoors, usually led by Dennis Miller. He's passionate about enhancing your well-being through movement. Beginners are welcome and encouraged! Just start! The older you are the more you need an appropriate process for muscle building. Private Family Yoga creates connections, literally in partner yoga, which builds trust and awareness. Embrace fitness and relaxation in one of Hawaii's most beautiful settings.
