What To Expect
Escape the noise and step onto a secluded, sacred Oʻahu beach sanctuary for a sacred ceremonial cacao experience — just a scenic 30-minute drive from Waikiki, 45–50 minutes from the North Shore. guided by a published researcher, author and yoga therapist. Sip this ancient plant medicine — rich in magnesium, theobromine and the "bliss molecule" anandamide — as the sound of the waves and nature immersion work together to significantly lower cortisol and guide your nervous system from fight-or-flight into deep rest. No experience necessary for either option. 1 Hr Intro Session: Sip cacao, learn its physical, mental and emotional benefits, and move through light breathwork and meditation for a real taste of reset. 2 Hr Reset Session: The full ceremony. Cacao, breathwork, movement and guided meditation give your body time to fully unwind, release old patterns, and reconnect to yourself and the 'āina. Leave relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected!
