Additional Info
- Dress comfortably and respectfully for a memorial visit. Bring closed-toe walking shoes, water, essential medication, a phone, and money for food and personal purchases. Swimwear and revealing beachwear are not appropriate.
- Pearl Harbor enforces security screening. Bags and concealed containers are restricted; the operator advises bringing only essential items and a wallet no larger than a standard phone. Paid bag storage is available near the Visitor Center. Clear bags are subject to Navy approval.
- Prohibited items listed by the operator include weapons and pocket knives, alcohol, aerosols, recreational equipment, rideable devices, helmets, musical instrument cases, and unpermitted poles, banners, or large floral displays. Glass is restricted except specified baby-food containers and tempered water bottles.
- Children of all ages may join. Infants aged 0–2 travel without a separate reserved seat at no ticket charge and must be included in the booking. Notify the operator about lap children.
- The website prohibits strollers on the bus; booking notes discourage folding strollers and say they are not allowed on the Arizona Memorial boat. Car seats require an additional purchased seat by prior arrangement; confirm acceptance because the booking notes also list them as prohibited.
- Only collapsible wheelchairs are described as suitable by the operator. Motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters are prohibited. Tell the operator about mobility needs before booking and confirm boarding and storage arrangements.
- All guests must use the operator’s tour bus from the assigned pickup location. The operator cannot meet guests at Pearl Harbor or hand out tickets there.
- Access to Ford Island and the USS Arizona Memorial depends on weather and Navy or Army operations. Arizona Memorial boat service is not guaranteed. The operator states that interrupted or canceled boat service does not qualify for a refund when caused by circumstances beyond its control; Visitor Center exhibits generally remain accessible.
- Lost belongings are held for 30 days and can be returned by mail only with a guest-supplied prepaid USPS Click-N-Ship label. Contact Reservations; in-person meet-ups are unavailable.
- Contact Go Tours Hawaii at +1 808-926-3090 or reservations@gotourshawaii.com. Office: 2500 Kalakaua Ave, Suite E, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815.
- A full cancellation refund requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes of date or time also require 48 hours’ notice and depend on availability. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. The website FAQ and receipt mention a doctor’s-note exception, while booking cancellation notes say no exceptions; confirm any medical exception with the operator.
- The tour needs at least two guests in total to operate. If this minimum is not reached, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund; cancellation can occur up to one hour before departure. Tours run rain or shine, but the operator may modify or cancel for unsafe weather or other circumstances; operator cancellations allow rescheduling or a full refund.
