Huavela Concierge SMS provides requested tour and website links during inbound phone concierge calls to +1 915-317-1739. The service is optional and does not enroll callers in promotional messaging. SMS delivery remains disabled until carrier registration is approved.
Verbal opt-in script
The assistant must read this complete script before requesting consent:
“May Huavela Concierge, operated by Universal Business Solutions LLC, text the tour or website link you requested to the number you are calling from? Your first text confirms your consent and includes the link. We send one text per requested link, up to three per call, with no recurring marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email aloha at huavela dot com. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Our terms are at huavela dot com slash terms, and our privacy policy is at huavela dot com slash privacy. Do you agree to receive this text?”
Consent decision
The assistant waits for an affirmative response such as “Yes, send me the link.” Silence, an unclear answer, a refusal, placing a call, and accepting booking terms do not constitute SMS consent. If the caller declines, no text is sent and the caller can continue using the phone concierge or visit huavela.com directly.
After consent, the assistant says: “Thank you. Your requested Huavela link and consent confirmation are on their way by text.” Each additional link requires another explicit request. Messages go only to the number supplied by the phone service for that caller, with a maximum of three requested-link texts per call.
