THE USEFUL DETAILS
Before you
make it official.
Can I use member prices on this booking?
Yes. Add membership before payment. Your checkout comparison includes the membership fee, so you can see whether joining costs less or more today. Compare both prices for the same dates, travelers and options.
Does it cover the people traveling with me?
Yes. An eligible signed-in member receives member pricing for the whole booking, including companions. They do not need their own memberships for that booking.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel future renewal in your account. Access continues until your paid period ends. Membership fees are not automatically refunded; if paid access ends before 12 consecutive paid months, retained booking discounts become payable without a cap. Membership fees do not offset this amount. A separate invoice is sent when access ends, due in 14 days, with no automatic card charge. Resume before access ends to avoid this adjustment. Earlier memberships retain their accepted terms. For membership refund requests, contact support for a refund review. Booking cancellation rules are separate.
How do the member rates work?
Member rates are shown alongside prices without membership. Savings vary by item and may change for new bookings. They apply to eligible amounts collected through Huavela, including included taxes and fees, and exclude charges paid separately at a property or destination.
What about planning and curated trips?
Travel planning and curated trips are part of our future direction. They are not available or included in today’s membership. Today, The Key provides the booking rates described here.
